United Way of Acadiana Volunteer Center has directed the efforts of more than 5,000 volunteers since Hurricane Katrina struck - an average of 450 volunteers per day to more than a dozen locations thoughout Acadiana.

You can help. Simply call the Volunteer Response Center at 337-233-8302 to lend a hand. The region's leading relief organizations need assistance in a variety of positions, so you are certain to find a way to help that fits your skills and schedule.
